Doesnt work. Period.

App itself is fine, but it’s not possible to use much of it at all unless you speak Chinese. Please add English language support in the future.

What happened to the server? Everything’s blank and says failed to download? Please update ur server so that users can access all functions.

The app it really good it make me feel like I’m using a camera but I wish we have it in English too I can’t understand the words so it kinda hard to use

(My one star rating is only with the hopes of being noticed) I have just downloaded this app and it looks like so much fun, every feature looks neat and useful. It feels like I can truly let my creativity run free on here. Only issue is, I sadly can’t understand anything. Definitely my fault, BUT would love if you guys would consider adding a language changing option. I’ve seen a couple other reviews from years back suggesting the same think leading me to believe that this would be a GREAT addition. I hopefully this helps on getting this feature added. I wait anxiously and excitedly. 🫶🏻✨🌷

闪退到崩溃，最可怕的是熬夜编辑好的图片，一共6张，我的天呐！！！在我点击了保存草稿以后再保存并发布，文字全都消失了！！！！！！！！！！草稿里也都是最初导入的空白图片，啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊！！！！！！！！！！！！！我看到以后真的腿都软了啊！！！！！！！！

It’s been months that the app can not open.

Can I know how to change Chinese to English language setting. They said English & Chinese language included but I don’t know how to do.

垃圾app，用手机号注册的，一直就是手机号+验证码登录，这几天登不上去了，手机也一直无法接收验证码，又没有其他绑定方式，客服也没回应！ 就是注册了新账号也无法发布编辑的手机，谁要绑定手机号！ 我倒是绑定了一个啊，但是为什么发送不了验证码！垃圾app，还无法搜索关注用户！ 请发送验证码过来，我旧图还要搬运走！

一個相機居然要註冊了才給使用？有病吧！

Loved the app until recently. Takes forever to load and not responsive.

剛剛開始的時候,覺得這個app很容易用而且有我想要的. 但是最近一個月都無法使用... 卡在「溫馨提示」無法進行🥺

付了一年的費用，用了不到11個月自動停止，按了「訂閱未生效」N次也無法開啟使用，真是騙錢的！

I really love using this apps but sadly the app takes a long time to respond to each action I chose. Like when I select a special effect on the photo, once I click it will take more than 2-3 minutes for the picture to change effect. Also whenever I try on the template (模板), it could take ages to load or totally not loading at all and says “failed to load cos no connection”. Very sad that the app constantly say connection is bad, connection is slow, there’s no connection... etc, but as the matter of fact, the connections that I used are always perfectly fine and very fast, I only have problem when running this app.. either connecting to the WiFi or 4G, still the same... please help!! 😩😩 I’m using a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max.

软件很好 原来也用过 素材非常多 但是这次下载的在Wi-Fi状态下 加载不出来素材和模版

It takes almost 1 mins sometimes for things to load in North America.

更新后不能保存照片了

I paid for full years last two month, now my membership expired again, it was twice like this, they keep you paying if you don’t used it for few weeks or month, they ask you to pay again for the membership.

app缺点就是很多次一打开就卡在了首页 下载字体也挺慢的 害

过滤镜每个都好可爱哎！！居然还能换APP的icon！！这就厉害了！！！！

超棒的软件！现在照片排版都离不开它了！可是唯一有一点是希望不单单中文可以竖排英文也可以（现在如果将英文变成竖列排行的话，字体还是处于横向的）谢谢！

希望能选择导出图片清晰度，现在的默认清晰度太模糊了😫

Don’t bother trying this app if using an American cellphone number to register your account. After getting a verification code in a text message, I kept failing to complete the registration because “the system is in maintenance”. Is the app developer just collecting American phone numbers?

I love the app so much! Super aesthetic and simply beautiful when it comes to play around with filters, but ONE thing that could be a game changer for everyone who are not Chinese or do not speak/understand IS to make an English language option! This app has a great potential, but this little thing ruins it for many. Please consider that setting!!!

很多东西非常好，别的做图的app做不到。但是实在是太！慢！了！很好的网速下upload一下好几分钟，下载一个新的字体，随便也要半分钟，还老闪退。下个app一般都用不了半分钟啊！

刚刚接触到黄油相机，学习中，不过真的太好用了，特别是Ding，跟随大神们我也可以Ding 出我自认为好看的照片。 一直收到实名认证的提醒，只是人在海外没有中国手机怎么办？不是我不认证是没办法认证阿😉

有没有办法可以解决闪退这个问题啊？每一次我打开app时，想加入拍照然后进行制作。谁知我选好照片后，它就闪退了。我试过你说的方法 还是没用。希望你们可以找出解决方案。好让我继续用。这个app我超爱用的。不想失去它。

用户体验差，功能设计不人性化，选择少，不建议下载

升级之后，以前买的下载的一百多个图形包和字体都没有了，不能恢复，反馈好多天了，根本无人答复。
